Welcome to the FaithLIFE Survey. As you begin this journey, we will do everything we can to make the process and the results of great value to you and your church. If you have any questions, please contact Brian Siewert at [email protected].
There are two main parts to a successful FaithLIFE survey that you will need to look after: Setup and Carry Out.
Setup Survey
1. Choose a three-week window that you will carry out the survey. We recommend you plan for a 30 day lead in time to properly market the material prior to the dates you select. It is possible to do the survey with a couple of week’s notice. Provide us with a notice of when you will be doing your survey so we can activate your survey code for the allotted time.
2. Market the survey. PowerPoint and printable materials are available below. (Password: qualtrics). If you develop your own marketing materials we ask if you would share them back to us if we can share them with other churches who take the survey.
3. Decide if you will do paper responses to the survey. This will require you to designate someone(s) to manually enter the paper responses into the survey website. You may decided to make survey kiosks available in your church lobby for people to take the survey before/after the worship services for those who may not have access to a computer or who may find a computer survey difficult.
Carry Out Survey
1. Announce that the survey is now active and broadly circulate the survey code respondents will need to take the survey. They can simply go to faithlife.me with their church code and click on the link that says “Take Survey”. To link to the survey on your church website, use this URL: https://survey.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2sBz4NuZD0FrwdD
2. Remind people via email, Facebook, Twitter, announcements, church website, and so on to go to take the survey.
3. At the end of the survey, thank the congregation for taking the time to take the survey and “we look forward to hearing what you think.”
