Faith at Home Ministries seeks to help churches impact homes for the sake of the Gospel.  
The FaithLIFE survey is a global survey designed primarily to provide assistance to local churches and denominations in doing effective ministry.  Data received over time will be used to analyze regional, national, and international trends in church ministry and home practices of faith.  All responses are anonymous and any contact information you provide will be used solely for the purposes of the survey.
