what is the FaithLife SURVEY
The FaithLife Survey is a church-based survey to measure the faith practices of people in the church to assist leadership in planning ministries to equip congregants for spiritual growth. We begin with a supposition that the home is the primary place where faith is impacted and that God has designed the church work alongside the home to impact faith.
There are 9 Habits of Faith, which may be referred to as spiritual practices or MARKS of FaithLife. Four of these marks are major and so we call them the BIG FOUR:

You will receive a detailed report customized for your church, and a Zoom Call with our team to walk through the results and make recommendations for ministry.

Where do I begin?

- Register your church for the survey.
- Provide payment through PayPal.
- We will attempt to respond within 24 hours and activate your church on the survey.
- We will provide a link for you to post on your church website or direct your congregation to www.faithlife.me.
- Advertise the survey.
- Invite your congregation to participate.
- Consider concurrent or follow-up Sundays reflecting with the congregation on the spiritual impact of the pandemic.
- Let us know when you have completed taking the survey.
- We will send your Church Report and schedule a follow-up conference call to discuss the results and any questions you may have.
WHAT IS THE COST?
The cost for the survey is $900 (USD) per church. This includes marketing assistance, a 20+ page findings report, a 2 hour Zoom call with your leadership to go through the survey findings and recommendations.
